Dr. Sainudeen is a medical doctor and a qualified GP who acts
as medical lead for the businesses that we operate. His dual skills in medicine and business provide us with a unique skill set that enables us to take decisions that are both caring and cost effective.

Brian Welsh

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Welsh is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA and has been involved with acquisitions, turnarounds and multi-million-pound exits. Brian’s specializes in providing due diligence and financial forecasting for the business.

Eric Anglin

Head of Legal and
Compliance Officer

Eric qualified as an English solicitor at a global top-ten firm. He specialises in corporate & commercial law with a focus on in house risk management and has supported Y1 Capital’s growth since inception. He is the group’s Head of Legal and Compliance, as well as Data Protection Officer, Caldicott Guardian and Senior Information Risk Officer.
